At Niora Jewellery, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery and ensuring every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through Niora Jewellery are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Missing Items

If you receive your package and find that an item is missing, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your request, kindly email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Clear photos of the package received
  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits

Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another suitable solution at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • The unboxing video must be continuous, clear, and unedited.
  • We reserve the right to reject claims if sufficient evidence is not provided or if the product appears to have been damaged after delivery.
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a replacement cannot be provided, subject to our review and approval.
